Although she wasn't nominated for an Academy Award until 2002, the Aussie actress went on to win the coveted prize in 2003 for Best Actress for her role in The Hours. Years later, however, Kidman revealed winning an Oscar didn't make her happy: "I have to say, when I won my Oscar, I was not in a great place in my life. I didn't have a partner to share it with. I was sort of flailing emotionally and personally." Nowadays, the star shares two daughters with husband Keith Urban.
